  Working on my third vehicle with Charlie. While I am embarrassed at times at how little I know about cars, here is why Charlie is worth the visit.
  1. You can call and he will give you a no-nonsense time estimate. He will be frank, and really pretty freaking good about time management.
  
  2. If you ask him an open ended question like "what needs to be done" or "is this really important?", he will answer frankly and explain why or why not.
  
  3. He will work with you if you explain what you need or want, and values customer loyalty.
  
  I have had everything from shocks and tires to electronic control modules done. Highly recommended
